meetings and Toolbox talks, overview of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) site conditions\nMonitor site personnel for adherence of safety procedures ensure that the project safety standards are always carried out, report all incidents to HSE representative\nEnsure that the project is executed in compliance with all local and National regulations \nReport to Social Performance Lead on all requests for change to scope of work, ensure traceability of all RFCs\nDeveloping a good understanding of all project stakeholders around the construction areas, required engagements, and required engagement frequencies \nKeep construction teams updated on relevant community issues and highlight potential community related risks to Project Site Representative and relevant contractors \nOrganizing engagements with stakeholders according to construction activity requirements and ensure stakeholders are fully aware of when construction teams will start working\nCollecting questions and concerns from stakeholders in relation to construction activities and provide timely responses. \nMaintaining up to date register and record of all stakeholder concerns, perceptions, questions and any other stakeholder feedback relating to construction activities and ensure this information is captured in the Borealis tool.\nTo carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the supervision of Contractors within the construction scope of
