improvement areas.\nChecking regularly to ensure that Supply chain activities comply with Company procurement policies and industry regulations.\nEnsuring accurate and timely generation of Procurement reports.\nMonitoring to ensure efficiency the execution of the Affiliate's Decentralized buying activities including PRs, Call Offs and Goods Receipt.\nManaging the active contracts register ensuring that associated risks are highlighted to stakeholders and managed.\nEnsuring adequate support is provided to Contract Managers including availing of relevant contract-related data and analysis.\nEnsuring regular engagements amongst Finance, C&P and Operational Departments (Triplets) to facilitate efficiency of the Supply chain.\nParticipating in the planning and execution of Contracts Committees' sessions.\nSupporting the execution of audits and reviews subjected on the Supply chain.\nSupporting deployment, evolution and utilization of Procurement Tools, Systems and Templates.\nCoaching, training and supporting stakeholders on procurement Processes, tools and
