It can have a direct impact on operational outcomes.\nWe're looking for a Solutions Specialist to use that experience to help police forces and emergency services improve the way they plan, deploy and manage their people through technology.\nAnd the important bit?\nWhile an advantage, you don't need previous Presales experience.\nWe're much more interested in your operational knowledge, credibility and ability to understand the challenges our customers face.\nYour experience could come from:\nPolicing\nAmbulance, Fire & Rescue or wider Emergency Services\nWorkforce Planning or Duty Management\nRostering, Scheduling or Resource Management\nGRS or similar workforce management solutions\nConsulting, implementation or technology roles within Public Safety\nYou might already work in software or consulting. Or you might currently be sitting within an operational team and have never considered a move into Presales.\nEither way, we'd like to hear from you.\nWhat will you do?\nYou'll work directly with police and emergency service organisations to understand their challenges and show how technology can help them work differently.\nYou'll:\nUnderstand operational and workforce management challenges\nRun discovery workshops and customer conversations\nDeliver engaging software demonstrations\nTranslate complex requirements into practical solution stories\nSupport bids, proposals and major transformation programmes\nWork alongside Sales, Product, Delivery and Commercial teams to shape credible solutions\nMost importantly, you'll bring real operational insight into every customer engagement.\nWhat makes someone successful?\nWe're looking for someone who brings:\nStrong workforce planning or resource management experience\nCredibility when talking to Public Safety organisations\nConfidence engaging with operational teams and senior stakeholders\nCuriosity, problem-solving ability and strong communication skills\nThe ability to take complex operational challenges and make them easy to understand\nTechnical expertise is helpful, but it's not the deciding factor.\nWe can help you develop your software, demonstration and Presales skills.\nWhat is much harder to teach is genuine operational understanding.\nWhy make the move?\nThis is an opportunity to take everything you've learned in workforce planning, resource management or Public Safety and apply it on a much bigger stage.\nYou'll use your experience to influence how police forces and emergency services approach some of their most complex workforce challenges, while building new skills in software, consulting and Presales.\nAnd you'll be joining Totalmobile at a significant point in our growth, as our combination with Solvares strengthens our international scale and capabilities across Field Service Management and workforce optimisation.\nYou'll also join a structured career framework, with opportunities to develop into senior specialist, strategic and leadership roles.\nReady for a new challenge?\nIf you're passionate about workforce planning, resource management and operational excellence within Public Safety, but you're ready to apply that expertise in a completely new way, we'd love to hear from you.\nYou don't need to be a Presales expert.\nYou need to understand the problem.
