You will design how data is modeled, integrated, governed, and made available across the organization, balancing long-term vision with pragmatic delivery. You will partner with business leaders, engineering, analytics, security, and compliance teams to build a scalable, trusted data foundation that supports reporting, advanced analytics, and AI.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and develop enterprise and departmental BI Reporting and Analytics solutions \nWork with the business to develop and refine Business Intelligence reporting\nEnsure timeliness of response and resolution of tickets\nOwn the development and continuous improvement of (client applications, business reporting and business processes)\nCreate or modify application packages based on technical requirements. \nDevelop zero touch migration solutions, packages applications, and create automation scripts to help deploy computers and applications\nDevelop interactive analytics dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI and SSRS\nShare team responsibility for the management of Active Directory and Group Policies. \nWorks proactively and coherently with members of the IT team to resolve issues and innovate. \nDeploy enterprise grade tools for workstation administration, client self-service, asset management and software license management\nDesign and continually improve scalability of our data storage and databases\nWork to migrate infrastructure Azure.\nProvide solutions for data warehousing and storage infrastructure.\nContinuously improve business intelligence/reporting processes, procedures and workflow\nMonitor technology and industry trends for new business intelligence opportunities.\nDefine, articulate, and deliver the information, reporting, and analytical needs of key stakeholder groups\nGain subject matter expertise level knowledge in the company's data and business processes \nGather and document reporting requirements from customer meetings regarding report development and ad hoc requests\nLeadership and Collaboration:\nServe as the technical authority on data architecture and chair or contribute to architecture review boards.\nTranslate business needs into technical designs and communicate complex concepts clearly to executive and technical audiences.\nGuide cloud migration and legacy modernization efforts, including cost optimization and performance tuning.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in the following:\nWorking experience with planning, leading, documenting and facilitating sessions, eliciting and analyzing system requirements and capturing in System Requirements Specifications and developing Functional Design Specifications.\nClient support, inventory control, license management, application support\nActive Directory administration, login scripts and group policies. \nAbility to deliver VB and CMD scripts \nKnowledge of ACT, OMPM, MDOP and other tools from Microsoft.\nStrong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy\nKnowledge of SQL server and SSRS\nSupport Microsoft Server platforms and applications\nStrong knowledge in Reporting and building Queries\nUnderstanding of big data platforms \nExpert knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 7/10) \nExcellent documentation and verbal skills \nSelf-driven and motivated\nOn-call rotation, 24/7 availability for urgent support call\nExperience in MS SQL Server and BI using SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services and Power BI. \nExperience with ETL tool in Mapping, Transformations, etc.\nExperience in creating Packages in SSIS and in generating on demand scheduled reports for business analysis using SSRS.\nExperience in creating Multidimensional cubes using SSAS.\nTechnical/development skills utilizing Business Intelligence Tool Set, \nStrong written communications skills to be able to describe processes and solutions concisely and professionally to internal and external resources.\nExcellent project management skills with ability to manage both internal and external resources.\nSuperior analytical and problem solving/root cause analysis skills.\nFamiliarity with data mart, data warehouse, and business intelligent technologies and strategies.\nResults-Driven with ability to take initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment\nExcellent organization and task management skills.\nBenefits\nAs part of the team, full-time employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nLife insurance\nShort-term disability\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n401(k) with company match and discretionary funding\nTuition reimbursement\nSupplemental parental leave\nJury duty and bereavement leave\nTime Off & Additional Benefits\nMinimum of 10 days’ vacation annually\n10 days sick leave\n10 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday every 12 months\nEligibility for an annual discretionary bonus (based on eligibility)\nWhy Join TOTE Resources?\nWe offer more than just a paycheck -
