From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.\nThe Role\nTOTEME is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our store at Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles full-time. In this role, you will act as a menswear ambassador providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will help drive the business in all areas, from client engagement and styling to operational excellence and brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the in-store ambassador for TOTEME Menswear, championing the category through product expertise, styling guidance, and client development.\n\nDeliver an elevated and personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME's values.\n\nBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.\n\nWork both independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets.\n\nProvide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.\n\nActively contribute to daily store operations.\n\nShare insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends.\n\nAnalyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.\n\nParticipate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.\n\nYour Profile\nMinimum of two years of experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury sector.\n\nProven success in delivering outstanding customer service, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.\n\nStrong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.\n\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\n\nAbout You\nStrong understanding of menswear, styling, and brand storytelling.\n\nA dedicated TOTEME ambassador who embodies our culture and values.\n\nGenuinely curious about people and motivated to understand our client base.\n\nPassionate about delivering a luxury experience that exceeds client expectations.\n\nDriven and results-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.\n\nHighly organized and structured with an eye for detail.\n\nAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.\n\nThis is a full-time position based at TOTEME's new store at Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles starting latest in mid October.\nThe salary for this role ranges between $25-$30 per hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experience.\nTOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.\nTOTEME has an internal career development and title framework and the job title used in the recruitment ad may differ from the title used internally at TOTEME.\nCandidates progress through application, screening, interviews or case assessments, followed by final pre-employment checks and a formal offer before joining our team.
