From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.\nThe Role\nTOTEME is looking for a full-time Stock Supervisor to join the team at our new store at Bicester Village in Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while also supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with the Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams, and report directly to the Store Manager.\nResponsibilities\nOversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.\n\nReceive, process and organize incoming stock.\n\nPrepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.\n\nSupport the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.\n\nMonitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.\n\nExecute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.\n\nServe as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.\n\nParticipate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.\n\nYour Profile\nPrevious experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.\n\nAble to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.\n\nFluent in both spoken and written English.\n\nAbout You\nHighly organized with a natural ability to create efficient workflows.\n\nProactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.\n\nCapable of multitasking and resolving challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach.\n\nAdaptable and open-minded, with a collaborative and positive attitude.\n\nThis is a full-time position based at TOTEME's new store Bicester Village in Oxfordshirestarting as soon as possible.\nTOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.\nTOTEME has an internal career development and title framework and the job title used in the recruitment ad may differ from the title used internally at TOTEME.\nSustainability is an important part of how we operate at TOTEME.
