From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.\nThe Role\nTOTEME is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new store at Bicester Village. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the store team, driving commercial performance, and establishing an elevated client experience from opening onwards.\nYou will oversee all aspects of the store, from sales and clienteling to team development, operations and visual merchandising, creating a culture of accountability, exceptional service and long-term client relationships.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver excellent customer service with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.\n\nTake ownership of sales targets, KPIs and overall store performance.\n\nRecruit, lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and service standards.\n\nPlan, delegate and follow up on the store’s daily operational tasks.\n\nCreate and maintain staff schedules.\n\nPlan budgets and expenses with a sustainable and cost-conscious mindset.\n\nManage stock levels, logistics and sell-through.\n\nImplement company procedures and reporting activities.\n\nDevelop and implement store policies and strategies.\n\nWork towards long-term Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.\n\nProvide product and client feedback to the Buying team.\n\nLead the store’s Visual Merchandising and overall upkeep.\n\nDevelop efficient workflows.\n\nPlan and manage in-store events.\n\nParticipate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.\n\nYour Profile\nAt least three years of experience in store management within luxury retail.\n\nExperience leading and developing a team.\n\nExperience working in an omnichannel environment.\n\nExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.\n\nExperience with back-office operations management.\n\nExperience generating reports and guidelines.\n\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\n\nAbout You\nA strong leader with an interest in people and their development.\n\nSelf-motivated, solution-oriented and hands-on.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.\n\nBusiness and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive.\n\nCustomer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.\n\nA strong visual eye and attention to detail.\n\nPassionate about TOTEME with an understanding of the brand and aesthetic.\n\nAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.\n\nThis is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s store at Bicester Village, Oxfordshire.\nTOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.\nTOTEME has an internal career development and title framework and the job title used in the recruitment ad may differ from the title used internally at TOTEME.\nCandidates progress through application, screening, interviews or case assessments, followed by final pre-employment checks and a formal offer before joining our team.
