An Online Account Manager is a person who is responsible for the management of sales and relationships with merchant exclusively through virtual. This role requires a strong focus on tele sales skills and exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction. They are assigned a company's existing merchant's accounts.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the lead point of contact for all Merchants on account management matters.\nHandle and nurture client relationships exclusively through phone and online communication.\nUtilize effective tele sales techniques to drive account growth and revenue.\nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to merchant needs and objectives.\nDemonstrate proficiency in using online platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.\nDevelop new business with existing merchants and/or identify areas of improvement to meet objectives and increase revenues.\nCreating co-marketing initiatives and promotional material with merchants aimed at attracting new users to Toters’ platform and highlighting to existing customers the value of being on our platform.\nCollaborate with the Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities.\nCommunicating with merchants to understand their needs and explain product value.\nCollecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior and propose ideas to increase revenues\nMaintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.\nResolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.\nIdentifying industry trends.\nRequirements:\nBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.\nProven experience in tele sales, account management, or a related field.\nStrong customer support and problem-solving skills.\nConduct online training sessions to educate clients about products and services.\nSolid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).\nProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.\nExceptional virtual communication skills and responsiveness.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nTechnical proficiency in using online platforms and digital tools.\nGood command of English and Arabic (oral and written).\nBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.\nExtensive, accurate product
