Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential merchants, showcasing the value of joining the Toters platform, and supporting a seamless onboarding process.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the acquisition of top restaurant and local store partners, engaging with key contacts and generating leads through various outreach methods.\nUnderstand the unique needs of each partner, proposing tailored solutions and presenting the benefits of Toters’ products and services to maximize their potential on our platform.\nSupport data-informed negotiations, track KPIs, and prepare internal reports to monitor progress toward set objectives.\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns that attract potential merchants.\nGather feedback from merchants and customers to identify areas for platform and service improvements, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.\nAttend industry events and networking functions to build relationships within the local business community and strengthen connections with existing merchants.\nUtilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall merchant experience.\nRequirements:\nExperience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within e-commerce or delivery services.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools.\nFamiliarity with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.\nStrong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
