This includes GMDSS equipment, VDR, ECDIS, Gyrocompass, MF/HF, VHF Radios, Autopilot, Echo sounder and Satellite Communication equipment etc.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nProvide service worldwide on-board vessels.\nPerform periodical and special radio inspections according to IMO and Class regulations\nPerform VDR Annual Performance Tests according to makers’ specifications\nPerform Installation, maintenance and repair of GMDSS and Navigation equipment\nLoad, update, and modify software\nUpon completing the assignment, will create a detailed service report\nProvide remote support customer/user support requests and provide assistance troubleshooting issues relating to our products\nDocument technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals\nMaintain and develop a solid professional relation with existing and new clients\nMaintain in depth knowledge of company’s products and services\nMaintain good communication and cooperate well with other department\nGood knowledge of the company’s electronic systems and databases\nInstall, test, configure, repair of VSAT and Fleet Broadband systems or other solutions involving these technologies.\nTravel to various locations worldwide for installation of company’s Satcom solutions.\nQualifications\nA University degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent technical certificates\nAt least 3 years previous experience with Navigation and Communication equipment\nAbility to communicate well in English (speaking and writing)\nStrong knowledge of electronics theory and application\nWillingness to travel often and on occasion to remote locations\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nAbility to read schematics, diagrams, user manuals, technical manuals etc.\nAdaptability to changing situations\nGMDSS General Operator license is considered an advantage\nBenefits:\nAnd here are just some of the benefits you receive when you join Tototheo Global.\nGreat Place to Work certified organization\nWork in an international, dynamic, and fun environment, at a growing company\nAttractive remuneration package\nContinuing education and training\nEqual opportunities employer\nFlexible hybrid work mode\nMedical Insurance\nWellness Support -
