We are looking for several individuals motivated to develop their careers in finance and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment like ours.\nThis is a fully remote position, and we have extensive experience successfully training and onboarding new team members online.\nFor that reason, we are accepting applications from anywhere in Mexico!\nJob description:\nPerform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts;\nProcess fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll;\nPrepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations;\nPrepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses;\nVerify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;\nAt least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience;\nGood knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal;\nExcellent analytical skills;\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;\nDetail-oriented and driven to meet expectations;\nProactive problem-solving skills;\nProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct);\nAvailability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).\nBeneficial:\nUnderstanding of US GAAP;\nExperience working within a US company.\nWhat we offer:\nInitial and ongoing training and mentoring\nClear promotional path with competitive salary increases \nSupport from a Team Lead and supervisor in the US\nGreat teamwork environment!
