We are looking for several individuals motivated to develop their careers in finance and strive in a dynamic and multicultural environment like ours.\nOur position is entirely a work-from-home position, and we have long experience and success with training and onboarding new team members online.\nFor that reason, we are accepting applications from anywhere in Albania!\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:\nPrepare and submit all billing and invoicing \nInput accounting data into the accounting system\nPrepare and reconcile bank deposits, reconciling cash\nRecord AP and AR transactions and cash posting\nMaintain precise records of all incoming payments\nVerify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information\nResearch, negotiate, and reconcile chargeback and third-party claims\nReview and entry of financial documentation such as invoices, bills, accounts payables, and accounts receivable\nReview of bank and credit card transactions\nProcessing business expenses\nManaging day-to-day transactions\nLiaising with customers and vendors as and when required\nClose invoices (payments and other closure methods)\nPerform additional job-related tasks assigned by the employer\n Requirements:\nYou are a great candidate for this position if you:\nAre proficient and confident with the English language (B2, C1, C2)\nHave basic computer skills and are capable of comprehending new software easily\nHave an eye for detail and are thorough in the review of documentation\nAre highly organized, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and can multitask\nCan work well as a member of a team but also individually without supervision\nAre able to follow instructions and meet deadlines as defined by senior colleagues, supervisors, and management\nAbility to work US working hours (local afternoon hours)\nWhat we offer:\nStarting salary: $665 gross\nInitial and ongoing training and mentoring\nClear promotional path with competitive salary increases \nSupporting Team Lead and supervisor in the US\nGreat teamwork environment!
