medical terminology, high proficiency of general medical office procedures including HIPAA regulation\nCommunicate any insurance changes or trends among team. \nMaintains a level of productivity suitable for the department.\nClearly document all communications and contacts with providers and personnel in standardized documentation requirements, including proper format.\nUpdate data entry errors for clean billing purposes.\nRequest clinical/medical records when needed.\nOther Duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nEducation/Licensing/Certification: \nHigh school diploma or equivalent \n\nExperience (years and type): \nPrevious verification experience preferred. \nKnowledge and Skills: \nMust have good verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to organize and interpret data.\nAbility to utilize good judgment to problem solve.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nAbility to use a computer, related software/programs, and multiple screens.\nAbility to work onsite or remote as
