This role supports new product introduction (NPD), process optimization, and continuous quality improvement.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nSet up and manage pilot production processes in alignment with NPD requirements.\nEstablish pilot production evaluation criteria and specifications.\nConduct labor and time analysis for new products.\nPrepare and submit pilot production completion reports.\nFinalize and maintain manufacturing process documentation.\nManage initial production flow and scheduling activities.\nPropose process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and quality.\nReview product technology requirements for capital investment projects.\nLead raw material and packaging material substitution and improvement initiatives.\nCreate, update, and maintain production routings (single and mass creation).\nMonitor and control routing changes and perform routing inquiries.\nCreate and update production versions and maintain version accuracy.\nRecord pilot production labor data and manage material issuance for pilot runs.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.\n3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production technology.\nExperience with NPD and pilot production management preferred.\nStrong analytical and process documentation skills.\nProficiency in ERP/MES systems and routing management preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nBilingual in English and Korean preferred.4+ years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance.\nStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.\nAble to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.\nGood teamwork and communication skills.\nBilingual in English and Korean preferred.\nREQUIRED SKILLS :\nInterest in cake manufacturing functions and production processes \nAbility to support quality improvement activities for cake products, including cream, and provide basic technical guidance on the production floor \nBasic understanding of general cake and bakery manufacturing processes \nAbility to check and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production conditions \nAbility to perform basic quality checks on batter condition, specific gravity, and baking condition preferred \nAbility to record production data and test results accurately \nStrong communication skills with production floor employees and related departments \nBasic Excel and documentation skills \nWillingness to identify root causes of product and equipment issues and support improvement activities \nEnglish communication skills preferred, at a level suitable for communication in a U.S.
