This is a on-site, stand-alone, part-time HR Manager role providing comprehensive, hands-on HR support to managers and employees in Madrid. The role operates within a unionised environment and requires a solid understanding of Spanish employment law and collective bargaining agreements. The HR Manager partners with managers to deliver practical HR solutions, supports employee relations matters, and ensures HR processes are compliant, consistent, and aligned with both business needs and local legal requirements, while forming part of the wider HR EMEA team.
