This individual will operate independently within established priorities and serve as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, suppliers and other support functions.\nResponsibilities\nSupporting the development and execution of end-to-end sourcing strategies, independently managing assigned initiatives from requirements gathering and market analysis through negotiation, contracting, implementation, and renewal\nServing as a commercial partner to internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable sourcing strategies, supplier recommendations, and execution plans\nLeading negotiations within agreed parameters across pricing, commercial terms, service-level agreements, performance measures, and renewals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company requirements\nDeveloping pricing, scenario, and total-cost models while supporting forward-looking contract and renewal planning across commercial risks, obligations, performance commitments, and key milestones\nIndependently managing and prioritizing assigned purchasing activity in partnership with Procurement Operations, ensuring responsive, accurate, and compliant execution aligned with business priorities\nDelivering strategic spend and category analytics across suppliers, departments, and regions, identifying demand trends, commercial risks, savings opportunities, supplier consolidation potential, and areas to increase Spend Under Management\nSupporting logistics and supply continuity strategies, coordinating across internal teams and suppliers to mitigate fulfillment risks, improve delivery performance, and resolve critical supply issues\nSupporting the evolution of a scalable global procurement operating model, including policies, governance, processes, data, controls, systems, reporting, and ITAM-related capabilities\nProviding execution and decision support to procurement leadership across strategic priorities, transformation programs, special projects, and time-sensitive business needs\nEvaluating processes, stakeholder experience, controls, and data quality to identify and implement approved improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, strengthen governance, and improve service delivery\nQualifications \nA bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nFive to ten years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, or a closely related role, ideally supporting a high-volume and fast-moving organization\nStrong command of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, sourcing best practices, contract renewals, and purchasing operations\nDemonstrated success negotiating commercial terms and developing clear, decision-ready financial and pricing analyses\nExperience partnering with senior stakeholders and executives and influencing outcomes across functions without relying on direct authority\nStrong project-management capabilities, including the ability to independently prioritize assigned work, manage competing demands and risks, and drive work to completion\nExcellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail\nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience in technology, financial services, quantitative trading, or another technically complex environment\nExperience with enterprise resource planning, source-to-pay, contract-management, or procurement platforms such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, GEP, or comparable systems\nExperience supporting and communicating with senior and executive level stakeholders\nExperience with procurement-system implementation and transformation initiatives\nAnticipated annual base salary range $125,000 - $145,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus\nBenefits\nTower’s headquarters are in the historic Equitable Building, right in the heart of NYC’s Financial District and our impact is global, with over a dozen offices around the world. \nAt Tower, we believe work should be both challenging and enjoyable.
