Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the global Networks team to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network issues across production and corporate environments.
• Supporting production, office, and end-user networking environments to ensure reliable network operations and service availability.
• Implementing network infrastructure changes, including moves, adds, modifications, and configuration updates.
• Participating in market connectivity testing, circuit migrations, and validation activities to ensure seamless network connectivity.
• Contributing to data center operations by supporting infrastructure changes, migrations, and network-related deployment activities.

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, with experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture, routing protocols (including BGP, OSPF, MSDP, and PIM), VPN configuration and troubleshooting, data center installation and cabling standards, and Unix/Linux systems.
• Experience with Arista EOS and Cisco NX-OS/IOS, with exposure to multicast networking and Python scripting; CCNA/CCNP certification and system administration experience are preferred.
• The ability to participate in an on-call rotation, collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain telecom circuits and data center infrastructure, and support logical and physical network changes across a global network.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
• A background in the financial services industry is a plus.
