Our Business Support teams enable our trading and engineering teams to perform at their best.\nAt Tower, employees will find a stimulating, results-oriented environment where highly intelligent and motivated colleagues inspire each other to reach their greatest potential.\nResponsibilities\nManaging the scope of software and hardware-driven projects through their entire lifecycle\nManaging overall technical project schedules by developing and tracking project objectives, project milestones, changes, resources, and timelines\nManaging risks, escalating project and task anomalies, and resolving problems identified during projects\nParticipating in internal and external meetings (including, but not limited to, exchanges, brokers, and other vendors) to gather project requirements and preparing detailed summaries to share with relevant stakeholders\nGenerating and maintaining accurate project documentation (spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps) and project plans (MS Project/JIRA/Confluence/Visio, etc.)\nLiaising between all technology departments, understanding requirements, and influencing new standards and processes\nManaging mandatory market updates and changes from various exchanges, performing impact analysis, tracking work required to comply with the new changes, building and testing solutions internally and with exchanges\nPlanning and coordinating activities for physical work in data centers (capacity planning, physical hardware and network installations) as well as application layer and general concepts for network/server configurations\nBuilding client relationships and appropriately managing expectations\nQualifications\nAt least 5 years of relevant project management experience in the financial domain with around 10 years of working experience in total\nKnowledge about financial markets especially Crypto exchanges would be a plus\nExperience in infrastructure deployment and software development lifecycle\nKnowledge of Infrastructures (data centers, server, storage platforms) and networking concepts\nA highly analytical and strategic mindset with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders\nHighly organized with excellent time management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English\nThe ability to manage competing priorities\nStrong networking skills within the industry and ability to build relationships with key contacts\nCandidates should also be:\nSelf-motivated, and able to work flexible hours (including night hours to cater to the demands of 24/7 trading)\nAble to learn quickly and assume new responsibilities as the firm’s priorities change\nAble to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nAble to work both individually and with a team\nAble to travel internationally (Travel is not mandatory)\nBenefits\nTower’s headquarters are in the historic Equitable Building, right in the heart of NYC’s Financial District and our impact is global, with over a dozen offices around the world. \nAt Tower, we believe work should be both challenging and enjoyable.
