The successful candidate will ensure timely availability of quality materials at competitive costs while supporting project schedules and maintaining compliance with company procurement policies.\nThis Job Is For You If\nYou can procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements and timelines.\nYou can prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets, MRP outputs and procurement procedures.\nYou can liaise with site engineers, project managers, and warehouse teams to identify material needs and plan procurement activities.\nYou can negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value.\nYou can track supplier performance and ensure orders confirmation and on-time delivery to site.\nYou can verify that materials meet required technical, quality, and safety specifications.\nYou can follow up on site inventory levels to avoid shortages, overstocking, or delays.\nYou can expedite as needed orders delivery and shipment via the suppliers and logistics service provider.\nYou can resolve delivery issues, shortages, and invoice discrepancies efficiently.\nYou can support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.\nYou can serve as first point of escalation for local category issues.\nYou can support the category team as the site representative.\nYou can manage the site’s supplier relationships.\nYou can maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits and cost control.\nYou can ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and relevant regulations.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.\nProven experience in site-based procurement, preferably in manufacturing, or project environments.\nStrong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.\nGood knowledge of procurement systems and MS Office.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nSAP Knowledge preferred.\nCompensation: $72,000 -
