This role is to support the company's global business across commercial, corporate, compliance, and IP matters. The Corporate Counsel will report to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with senior members of the Legal Department, as well as business, finance, and operations teams across Tower's sites worldwide.\nKey Responsibilities\nDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including customer and supplier contracts, licensing, and procurement agreements\nPartner with HR on employment-related legal matters and policies\nAdvise business units on day-to-day legal questions and risk management\nPrepare and review documents required for securities filings (annual report, financial notes)\nOversee regulatory compliance including export, sanctions, privacy, social media, FCPA\nContribute to legal process improvements, corporate procedures and training for business teams\nManage and coordinate outside counsel on select matters as needed\nThis Job Is For You If:\nYou enjoy a fast-paced business environment that requires agility and multitasking.\nYou take a balanced, business-minded approach to decision-making.\nYou are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex situations.\nYou build trust easily and know how to turn legal insights into practical business solutions.\nYou take ownership and approach challenges with initiative and a positive attitude.\nJob Requirements\nMust Have:\nLL.B in Law\n10+ years of relevant legal experience - law firm and/or in-house experience\nStrong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in commercial and technology agreements\nWorking knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory/compliance matters.\nFluent in Hebrew and English, written and spoken -
