If you enjoy working with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career in this exciting industry, then Tower Semiconductor is the place to be!\nTower Semiconductor, the leading foundry of high-value analog semiconductor solutions, provides technology, development, and process platforms for analog integrated circuits to more than 300 customers worldwide across growing markets such as communications, mobile, infrastructure, consumer, industrial, automotive, medical, and aerospace and defense, among others.\nJoin Tower and become part of a dynamic organization with exceptionally talented and dedicated team members who work collaboratively to provide best-in-class technological solutions to our clients.\nJob Description\nExecute complex preventive maintenance (PM) procedures across i-line, DUV, Track, and scrubber Photo Equipment in accordance with designated PM check sheets, ensuring timely and accurate completion.\nPerform in-depth root cause analysis on machinery issues, applying a structured methodology that spans root cause identification through solution implementation for a wide range of complex problems.\nIndependently identify resources and deliver creative, effective solutions to diverse and challenging problems, driving meaningful results.\nContribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems; evaluate recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to existing PM procedures and check sheets to minimize downtime.\nSupport overlay, SEM, in-line, thin film, and other metrology recovery efforts as needed.\nParticipate in cross-functional problem-solving teams addressing Photo Equipment, Process, and Metrology issues.\nCollect equipment-specific performance data and partner with Engineering to develop and implement solutions for equipment failures and tool deficiencies, leveraging Pareto data analysis.\nDeliver technical, equipment-specific training to junior technicians.\nCollaborate with vendor support teams to resolve equipment-related issues.\nConduct diagnostic troubleshooting and repair malfunctioning equipment down to the component level, as required.\nExercise sound judgment in resolving problems, completing assignments, and formulating recommendations.\nParticipate in, and lead or direct, ERT and Safety events in the absence of direct supervision.\nEnsure consumable parts are ordered and/or stocked, following up as needed to minimize equipment Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).\nOperate with minimal management oversight while performing daily routines.\nThis Job Is For You If\nYou bring hands-on expertise in advanced electro-mechanical systems operations and maintenance, confidently working independently with minimal to no supervision.\nYou have a strong grasp of basic electronic, vacuum, and pneumatic theory, along with electrical circuit principles, motor control systems, and test procedures, enabling you to troubleshoot issues down to the component level.\nJob Requirements\nMust Have:\nAssociate of Science degree with an emphasis in Electronics, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years technical maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry - specifically, with Photolithography tools set maintenance and metrology.\nMust have experience with Canon i3, i4, i5, ES4, ES5 and ASML PAS5500\nMetrology tool experience is a plus: KLA SP1, KLA F5x, KLA RS-100\nCompensation:\n$34/hr -
