The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating customer demand and sales forecasts into actionable production plans, ensuring alignment across various departments, and supporting strategic decision-making to meet corporate objectives.\nThis Job Is For You If\nYou can develop comprehensive Sales Forecast Plans by analyzing order trends and customer demand.\nYou can translate sales forecasts into actionable production indices, including Starts Plans and Raw Materials Plans, utilizing capacity models.\nYou can collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Business Units to execute forecasts, maximize profitability, and achieve corporate targets.\nYou can establish execution priorities and Build-To-Forecast strategies to consistently secure and fulfill customer commitments.\nYou can generate various reports, comparisons and analysis to support the management team in a timely and accurate manner.\nYou can maintain continuous alignment and ongoing communication across Sales, Business Units, Customer Support, Production, Procurement, and Finance organizations.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree, with a strong preference for a background in Industrial Engineering.\n2+ years of experience in planning/production planning and developing.\nPrior experience partnering cross-functionally with internal partners.\nExperience within the semiconductor industry or fabless companies.\nExperience working in Excel for data analysis with tools such as Xlookup, Vlookup, Pivot table, Pivot chart, etc.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills -
