This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, improve process capabilities, and drive quality and reliability.\nThis Job Is For You If\nYou can sustain and improve wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment\nYou can develop and implement new wet etch capabilities and process enhancements to improve key performance metrics\nYou can troubleshoot and solve yield issues, and ramp new process technologies from R&D to volume manufacturing\nYou can characterize and qualify new equipment, equipment upgrades, and process technologies\nYou can interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve etch processes and procedures\nYou can support the Integration team and Quality organization to ensure technologies meet qualification and reliability requirements\nYou have strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize shifting business needs\nYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a global team environment\nJob Requirements\nMust Have:\nDemonstrated knowledge of wet etch principles, theories, concepts, tools, and techniques\n3+ years of wet etch process engineering experience (2+ years with advanced degree)\nExpertise in poly and/or metal etch with experience using LAM2300, AMAT DPS, and/or LAM9600 tools preferred\nExperience with design of experiment techniques, data analysis, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP)\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, or related field\nNice to Have:\nAdvanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant field preferred\nSix sigma certifications preferred\nKnowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferred\nExperience with lean manufacturing, FMEAs, and 8D problem-solving processes preferred\nCompensation:\n$100,000 -
