If you enjoy working with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career in this exciting industry, then Tower Semiconductor is the place to be!\nTower Semiconductor, the leading foundry of high-value analog semiconductor solutions, provides technology, development, and process platforms for analog integrated circuits to more than 300 customers worldwide across growing markets such as communications, mobile, infrastructure, consumer, industrial, automotive, medical, and aerospace and defense, among others.\nJoin Tower and become part of a dynamic organization with exceptionally talented and dedicated team members who work collaboratively to provide best-in-class technological solutions to our clients.\nJob Description\nLead the development of CVD and related processes for new films, integrating them into innovative modules and devices through hands-on process development and new equipment film development.\nDrive technology prototypes, tools, and process releases to production while collaborating with vendors, fabrication facilities, designers, and customers to ensure seamless execution.\nApply hands-on expertise in tools, recipes, fab processing, and technology qualification, including test structure methodology, reliability analysis, and yield improvement initiatives.\nLeverage personal experience in CVD semiconductor fabrication module development, process development, and tool and process qualification across multiple deposition technologies including LPCVD, PECVD, ALD, MOCVD, and APCVD for poly-crystalline or epitaxial films, amorphous dielectrics, and metal films.\nUtilize expert knowledge of the physics and mechanisms underlying film deposition technologies to develop modules for advanced analog and electro-optical circuits.\nMaintain a foundry-focused approach throughout technology delivery, fab enablement, and customer enablement activities. Some travel will be required.\nThis Job Is For You If\nYou understand and enjoy the key physical principles of materials and electrical/electro-optical components\nYou get excited about creating new devices and process modules\nYou have experience in new tool bring-up and qualification, as well as expertise in thin film development for semiconductor fab production\nYou are familiar with mask and test structure requirements for R&D and product qualification\nYou thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment focused on technology delivery\nYou have experience in high-volume semiconductor fab manufacturing\nYou enjoy working with diverse people and solving problems as part of a team or individually\nJob Requirements\nExpertise in CVD technology: physics & materials science of thin films.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in related semiconductor roles. MS or PhD degree in Materials, Electrical Engineering or other relevant field related to process technology, process module development, Si Photonics, and Semiconductor development & manufacturing.\nHand’s on fab metrology, recipe development, lot execution, materials analysis, and general curiosity.
