With a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and optimized cycle times, the fab offers an exciting environment for innovation and leadership.\nThis Job Is For You If:\nYou have hands-on experience sustaining and improving processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.\nYou have experience with process monitoring, troubleshooting, yield improvement, and process control.\nYou have experience with tool installation, qualification, technology transfers, and new process implementation.\nYou have strong experimental and analytical skills, with a solid foundation in semiconductor materials, processes, and metrology.\nYou are experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Equipment Engineering, Integration, Quality, and R&D teams.\nLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience - preferred.\nJob Requirements\nMust Have:\nB.S.
