From the first conversation with a hiring manager to a candidate’s final yes, this role turns every hire into a Towne Wow moment.\n***MUST BE LOCATED IN THE WEST REGION ***\nJob Details\nCompensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $67,000 - $82,000.\nAdditional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.\nBenefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.\nPaid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.\nEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all functions.\nStrategic Business Partnering & Workforce Planning (25% of time): Partner with hiring managers, regional leaders and department heads to understand staffing needs and translate business priorities into targeted recruitment strategies.\nFull-Cycle Recruitment (30% of time): Source, screen, interview and manage candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff for assigned client groups and markets.\nLocal Talent Pipeline & Relationship Building (20% of time): Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, workforce agencies and local industry contacts to create a proactive, ready pipeline of talent.\nEmployer Branding & Community Engagement (10% of time): Represent Towne at career fairs, community events and industry associations to strengthen local brand visibility and attract candidates.\nRecruitment Reporting & Compliance (8% of time): Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire, and ensure all recruitment activity complies with employment law and Towne policy.\nCandidate Experience Management (5% of time): Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, from first hello to final offer, that reflects Towne’s brand and culture.\nCross-Functional Collaboration (2% of time): Partner with HR, Operations and leadership on workforce planning, new-hire onboarding and continuous process improvement.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation:\nEquivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.\nRequired Licensure, Certification, etc.:\nNo specific licensure or certification is required for this role.\nPHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS/CIR recruiting certification is preferred, though not required.\nWork Experience:\nMinimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry.\nDemonstrated experience business partnering directly with hiring managers and building local community or industry relationships strongly preferred.\nKnowledge & Skills:\nStrong relationship-building, consultative and communication skills, with the proven ability to act as a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders.\nDemonstrated experience business partnering directly with hiring managers and building local community or industry relationships strongly preferred.\nFull-cycle recruiting expertise, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.\nProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ZipRecruiter.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the Towne brand professionally within the community.\nWorking knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, including EEO, ADA and FLSA.\nSCOPE\nAuthority to Act:\nJob is fairly routine.
