The pay range for this role is between $40.00- $55.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResponsible for equipment installation and modification projects from scope creation to contract completion.\nIncludes initial contract negotiations with installation contractors and also negotiations for any field orders as they arise through the course of the contract.\nTypical Projects can include installation of the following types of equipment - Robot / Jig Machines Cells, Transfer systems and conveyors, cooling water, exhaust systems, HVAC, lighting, sealer systems, utility distribution, hoists systems.\nThis may include creating machine specs and managing overall project work including -machine vendor and contractors for process equipment like transfer systems, conveyors, overhead rail systems, AGV's.\nResponsible for managing general contractors and subcontractors, inspection and testing agencies, budgets and schedules.\nCoordinates the activities of all organizations to achieve project success. Includes general contractors, subcontractors, trucking and shipping companies, inspection and testing agencies, machine vendors, process engineers, Seibi, and management\nAdminister construction contracts, conduct onsite inspection to monitor plan compliance.\nDirect activities of contractors and subcontractors to support project schedule in compliance with plans and specifications.\nReports project status to TMNA management including safety compliance, schedule status, budget updates and standards compliance.\nResponsible to report on reflections of each project upon completion.\nQualifications: (Highlight Top 3-5 skills)\nExperience with projects $5M+\nHands-on experience with industrial robot installation and commissioning, from equipment delivery through production handoff\nOSHA 10 certification\nElectrical safety practices for energized and high-voltage work, including arc-flash awareness\nContract negotiation and construction administration experience\nExperience coordinating contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders\nAbility to manage budgets, schedules, safety, and compliance\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written) as they will be responsible for reporting up to the VP level\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nAdded bonus:\nVery strong preference for prior Toyota or Toyota-supplier experience\nOSHA 30 Certification\nPrior experience with Toyota Kanban\nUnderstanding of Toyota regulations surrounding:\nConstruction/site safety and environmental rules\nContractor compliance expectations\nStandards for working on Toyota property\nReporting, documentation, and approval processes\nMagnit Direct Source does not offer support or sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this role now or in the future.
