The pay range for this role is between $35.00- $40.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform measurements of stamping dies, identify gaps to target.\nPerform measurements of stamping g panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability.\nPerform measurements for PxP and nominal fit vehicle analysis.\nUses technical expertise to analyze measurement data and make appropriate recommendations to Stamping PE and D/M on next steps.\nScan completed dies and mesh data for utilization for die repair and copy die preparation.\nQualifications:\nHighly motivated individual with proactive approach to work\nHands-on experience with Hexagon, Faro measurement arm or similar systems.\nUtilizing Polyworks software with Blue light/ATOS/Faro operation experience.\nProven Skills to problem solve\nDegree or min. 2 yrs. experience\nTroubleshoot and care for sensitive optical, mechanical/robotic equipment\nAbility to set/develop standardized procedures to improve efficiency\nAbility to apply technology to help clarify problems from engineering staff given minimal direction\nMechanical and digital aptitude to work through equipment operation issues using 3rd party technical support off-site\nAdded bonus if you have (Preferred):\nHands-on CAD experience\nNew model launch experience\nArgus formability software experience\nOperate and care for optical and physical measurement equipment individually experience\nAbility to analyze and identify accuracy issues via color map comparisons \nStrong computer skills and ability to create reports\nAbility to advise technical staff and work independently to meet project goals\nTooling background with stamping dies, check fixtures would be desirable\nMagnit Direct Source does not offer support or sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this role now or in the future.
