Need to identify source systems, understand technical requirements for ingestion by centralized data platform, and create an automated solution to deliver reporting exports to state and federal agencies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nApply business and reporting requirements to source data systems for delivery into Big Data Platform. Create data transformations based on reporting requirements. Create business intelligence dashboards to allow business owners to understand status of data gathering and reporting readiness/completion. Work side-by-side with product owner to create initial reporting response tool.\nQualifications:\nBS in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science\n7-10 years data analysis and data science expertise.\n7-10 year's experience in business intelligence tools and dashboard creation.\n7-10 year's experience working with structured and unstructured data sources.\nComfortable understanding business requirements and creating analytical solutions to meet them\nAdded Bonus:\nBusiness analyst experience.\nComfortable working directly with customers and sharing insights with technical support teams.\nWorking with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau).\nExperience with ESG - Environmental Social Governance \nMagnit Direct Source does not offer support or sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this role now or in the future.
