They look after both TFS UK and Kinto UK. The mission of BTS is to support the business through Give, Guide and Guard.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPortfolio Management:\nOwn and govern the enterprise-wide TFS UK Change Portfolio including business-led and technology-led initiatives\nAct as the single point of portfolio visibility across TFS UK\nEnsure all change initiatives are prioritised, governed and delivered in accordance with the approved portfolio frameworks, portfolio strategy aligned to TFS UK Hoshin and delivery plans\nProvide portfolio reporting to TFS UK and TFS Europe (EAR) stakeholders \nEnsure the portfolio is appropriately tracked, maintained and governed within approved portfolio management tooling\nMonitor interdependencies, finance plans, benefits, risks and resource demand across all change initiatives\nEscalate portfolio-level risks, delivery issues and governance breaches\nOwn/maintain/improve the framework processes and procedures (where appropriate), encouraging a work culture of continuous improvement\nPortfolio Management Office (PMO):\nEnsure PMO processes support enterprise-wide reporting and governance requirements\nDevelop and maintain executive dashboards and portfolio reporting for TFS UK and EAR stakeholders\nEnsure quality and completeness of portfolio information within the approved tooling\nFinancial, Benefit, Resource, Risk/Issue & Stakeholder Management across the Portfolio\nProject Management/Business Analysis:\nManage a number of change initiatives simultaneously (mixture of Business, Application, Infrastructure and Business Projects)\nManages change initiatives from initiation through to operational/service transition\nAdhere to the frameworks & reporting\nMaintain ownership of the Project Management and Business Analysis practice, standards, methodologies and performance\nWork with Team Leaders (where applicable) to develop capability roadmaps, training plans and succession planning\nEnsure Project Management/Business Analysis resources are deployed effectively across the TFS UK change portfolio\nPromote consistency of project management, analysis standards, tools and documentation\nSupport continuous improvement of Project Management/Business Analysis practices across TFS UK\nProject/Change Governance:\nEnsure all change initiatives are delivered in accordance with the approved change framework and business change lifecycle at an individual level\nEnsure change initiatives are appropriately tracked, maintained and governed within approved change management tooling\nLine Management:\nLead, manage and motivate the Project Managers and Business Analysts\nPerform 1-2-1s, team meetings and appraisals.\nPlanning and allocation of workload across resources\nManaging and monitoring individual and team delivery performance\nRepresent the Change function at IT Management level and above\nTFS Europe (EAR) Alignment:\nAct as the primary TFS UK liaison for portfolio management reporting to TFS Europe (EAR)\nRequirements\nKey Experience & Skills:\nAbility to establish and guide a Project Management Office\nProven ability in delivering Application Projects, Infrastructure Projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience in multiple Project Management disciplines\nExperience in Business Analysis\nIT Financial Management\nResource Management and Allocation \nVendor Negotiations and Management\nUsed to working within a small, busy Projects/Change function within a small/medium sized organisation\nBusiness Stakeholder Management\nEnterprise Portfolio Management experience\nExperience managing both Business and Technology change portfolios\nStrong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management methodologies\nExperience implementing and governing PPM toolsets\nExecutive stakeholder management and reporting\nExperience operating within matrix management environments\nProven people leadership including development of managers and team leads\nExperience establishing governance frameworks and assurance processes\nFinancial portfolio planning and benefits management\nStrong understanding of change management and organisational
