Headquarters in Copenhagen and connecting operations from Orlando to Melbourne, we work in a truly global environment, driven by expertise, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting our customers worldwide.\nThe opportunity:\nAs our Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will own the secure, reliable and cost-effective operation of our Microsoft Azure environment.\nYou will work closely with IT colleagues, business stakeholders and external service providers. The role offers a high degree of ownership, and you will independently manage complex operational issues as well as ad hoc projects and process improvements. You will have the opportunity to influence our cloud standards and contribute directly to stronger reliability, security, automation and cost-efficiency across the organization.\nThe primary tasks:\nDesign, implement, maintain and optimize Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage and Azure SQL connectivity. \nAdminister Azure Virtual Desktop, cloud identity and access controls, including role-based access, Conditional Access, Key Vault and emergency-access arrangements. \nDevelop and maintain cloud automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation and Logic Apps, and support Azure-hosted applications and deployment tooling. \nMonitor cloud performance, consumption and costs, respond to incidents, document root causes and implement measures that prevent recurrence. \nDevelop cloud operational standards, documentation and runbooks, and evaluate practical technology improvements aligned with business needs and IT priorities. \nQualifications:\nWe are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer who can identify with the description below:\nA relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n+3 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure or operations, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. \nStrong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, networking, security, identity and access management. \nPractical experience with incident troubleshooting, monitoring, backup and recovery, and PowerShell-based cloud automation.\nExperience administering Azure Virtual Desktop and working knowledge of Azure SQL connectivity.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nIt is an advantage if you have:\nExperience with infrastructure as code and Azure DevOps\nExperience with Microsoft Sentinel or other security monitoring tools\nWorking knowledge of Linux server administration\nSkills and Attributes:\nYou have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and take a structured approach to complex technical problems. \nYou take ownership, work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners. \nYou can prioritize operational incidents, planned improvements and project work in a fast-moving environment. \nYou communicate clearly and can explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders. \nYou proactively identify opportunities to strengthen reliability, security, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. \nYou are service-minded, document your work thoroughly and actively maintain and share your technical knowledge\nWhy join TP Aerospace?\nAt TP Aerospace, you'll be part of an international organization where collaboration and professional growth go hand in hand.
