You will work hands-on with daily purchasing activities and gradually build the operational insight needed to contribute to improvements and development projects. You will work closelywith colleagues in\ncross-bordersand professional fields from Purchasing, Accounting, Salesand our warehouse functions.\nThe role is particularly suited to a newly graduated candidate who is eager to learn and develop within purchasing. We are not expecting you to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you bring curiosity, a structured approachand the right mindset for working with data. By learning how our purchasing processes work in practice, you will help strengthen workflows, reporting, data qualityand automation opportunities,\nThe primarytasks:\nPlace purchase orders and ensure that order information is complete and accurate\nFollow up on open purchase orders, supplier confirmationsand expected delivery dates, and keep relevant systems and trackers updated\nMonitor the shared Purchasing mailbox and coordinate operational requests with suppliers and internal stakeholders\nSupport purchasing-related invoice handling and help resolve discrepancies in cooperation with Accounting\nAnalysepurchasingand supplier data to identifytrends, risks and opportunities for improved transparency and decision-making\n\nContribute to process improvements, standardizationand smaller projects within master data, reporting, systemsand automation\nQualifications:\nWe are looking for a Purchasing Assistant who can identify with the description below\nYou are newly graduated or at the beginning of your career, preferably with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business, economics, engineering, logisticsor a related field\nPreviousexperience in purchasing, supply chain, administration,or working with data is an advantage, but not a requirement\nExperience working with an ERP or procure-to-pay system is an advantage\nAn interest in data and a willingness to develop your Excel and analyticalskills\nFluent written and spoken English\nExperience with Power BI, process improvement,or automation is an advantage, but not a requirement.\nSkillsand Attributes:\nYou have a strong numerical mindset and a high levelof accuracy and attention to detail\nYou work in a structured and dependable way and are comfortable with recurring tasks and deadlines\nYou take a proactive approach to follow-up and make sure agreed activities are completed\nYou are curious, analytical,and eager to learn and identifybetter ways of working\nYou are service-minded and collaborate positively with colleagues and stakeholders\nYou can work independently within defined processes and priorities while actively sharing knowledge with the team.\nWhy join TP Aerospace?\nAt TP Aerospace, you'llbe part of an international organization where collaboration and professional growth go hand in hand.
