goals.\nQualifications\nQualification & Experience Required:\nMatric Equivalent\nBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (NQF7) preferred.\nAt least 2 years' experience in a Management Information (MI), Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Analyst role.\nProven experience in designing and developing BI reports, particularly for senior business stakeholders.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.\nExperience with Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, or similar automated reporting tools.\nStrong experience with SQL, MSQL, Java, PHP, or other coding languages.\nKnowledge of how data is stored and managed, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.\nSix Sigma Yellow Belt (preferred).\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nPower BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, providing business stakeholders with meaningful insights and helping to drive decision-making.\nData Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets, identify key trends, and transform data into actionable business insights.\nAutomated Reporting: Utilize tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, or Tableau to automate reporting processes, ensuring that reports are accurate, timely, and accessible.\nSQL Querying & Database Management: Work with SQL, MSQL, and other coding languages to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.\nBusiness Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior business leaders to understand their data needs and ensure reports are designed to meet those needs, delivering actionable insights.\nData Storage & Management: Ensure data is accurately stored and easily accessible, while maintaining data integrity and security.\nProcess Improvement: Use data analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions to improve business operations.\nCall Centre Data: Leverage knowledge of call centre systems such as Avaya CMS and IEX6 to provide insights and reporting on call centre operations and
