Benefits Administration\nSupport the administration, review, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programmes.\n\nAssist in developing and implementing compensation policies, salary structures, and market benchmarking exercises.\n\nSupport annual compensation activities, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and benefits renewals.\n\nEmployee Benefits Operations\nProvide day-to-day operational support for employee benefits.\n\nCoordinate with external benefits vendors and service providers to ensure smooth administration and service delivery.\n\nHR Helpdesk & Employee Support\nManage HR Helpdesk enquiries and respond to employee queries relating to compensation, benefits, HR policies, and HR processes.\n\nEnsure employee enquiries are handled accurately and within agreed service levels.\n\nHR Data Management\nMaintain accurate and timely employee records and HR data within relevant HR systems.\n\nEnsure proper documentation and adherence to data confidentiality requirements.\n\nReporting & Documentation\nPrepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review and audit purposes.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders to support smooth and effective HR operations.\n\nCompliance & Governance\nEnsure compensation and benefits processes comply with applicable statutory requirements and internal HR policies.\n\nProcess Improvement & HR Projects\nContribute to HR digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR Helpdesk and C&B operational efficiency.\n\nSupport local, regional, and global HR projects and initiatives as
