recommendations\n\nDevelop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives\n\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to line managers on HR policies, employment law compliance, and best practices in people management\n\nManage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling in accordance with company policy and legal requirements\n\nIdentify and drive organisational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance\n\nContribute to the design and delivery of learning and development programmes that support employee growth and skill advancement\n\nMonitor and analyse HR metrics and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement\n\nCollaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistent policy implementation and HR service delivery across the organisation\n\nSupport change management initiatives and help teams navigate organisational transitions
