This position requires strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence architectural decisions. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and other engineers to build innovative solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.\nRole Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business objectives.\nImplement and maintain microservices architecture and API integrations.\nEnsure adherence to SDLC processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.\nOptimize application performance and ensure security best practices.\nParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to evolving systems toward target state architecture.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.\nMentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.\nWork within Agile delivery teams, contributing to planning, estimation, and retrospectives.\nStay current with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into development.\nExperience / Competences\nEssential\nExtensive commercial experience in full-stack development within enterprise environments.\nProficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks).\nStrong back-end experience, particularly with modern C# and ASP.NET.\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.\nExperience with AWS cloud services and application containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).\nKnowledge of revision control and CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitLab).\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks and maintaining code quality.\nStrong relational database skills (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server).\nExperience of working within an agile cross-functional delivery team.\nAbility to work with Business Analysts and Product Owners to demystify ambiguity and handle challenges.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nDesired\nExperience with microservices and event-driven architectures.\nKnowledge of observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana).\nFamiliarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. AWS CDK, Terraform).\nFamiliarity with messaging technologies (e.g. Kafka, Solace).\nAwareness of security principles and DevSecOps practices.\nUnderstanding of financial markets or trading systems.\nContribution to open-source projects.\nRole Band & Level\nManager, 6\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-MID #NIjobs\nNot The Perfect Fit?\nConcerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
