We are a global team with representatives in London, New Jersey, Hong Kong and Singapore.\nWith TP ICAP Global Broking’s growth in hybrid trading and volume matching platforms, Trading System Support are at the center of every launch including:\nProviding market support to Clients, Brokers and sales teams\nStatic data configuration for both client and instrument set up\nClient on boarding and support for post trade services, order routing and market data\nRepresent the team as key project stakeholder in all trading initiatives\nEnsure TP ICAP’s markets are run in an orderly fashion, maximizing speed to market in a compliant controlled manner\nRole Responsibilities\nMarket Control\nAccess controls onto TP ICAP’s electronic and voice offerings\nAdhering to governance by following operational procedures to ensure TP ICAP’s market operate in an orderly manner\nMaintain all groups and pages, including sorting across multiple asset classes\nCreating all Firms, traders, brokers, and Voice accounts\nResponsible for Auction calendar and rolling new instruments onto the screen \nWork with NEX/Broker Tec for customer and firm mapping\nWill be responsible for Market Control of all products on our trading systems\nMarket Support\nInvestigation and escalation of system issues to production support or directly to developers following global support framework\nBroker/Trader support, training and screen configuration on TP ICAP’s electronic platforms\nHandling client queries and managing issues through to resolution\nHandle connectivity issues for brokers and traders\nInvestigate post trade issues with clients\nClient Integration\n Client on boarding and support of market data, order routing and post trade services via FIX or proprietary APIs\nData Maintenance\nStatic data set up for internal and external users including entities on TP ICAP’s electronic platforms in front and middle office systems\nStatic data instrument set up for TP ICAP’s Global Broking electronic offerings in all regions\nExperience / Competences\nEssential\nHigh technical competency\nMarket monitoring and support\nAbility to manage small projects independently to a conclusion\nAPI Support including experience with FIX protocol\nMulti asset class knowledge\nStrong client facing ability\nService orientated with good understanding of trade flows\nExperience in a support role from a market or technical perspective\nUnderstanding of Wholesale Financial Services\nBasic level of IT networking\nComprehensive knowledge of the life cycle of a trade\nGood understanding of inter-dealing broking\nDesired\nExperience in deploying internet-based trading applications and troubleshooting connectivity and packaging issues\nDemonstratable knowledge of FIX client on boarding\nProficiency with HTML5\nKnowledge of Credit Derivatives, Bond, FX products nsf OTC products\nExperience of working within an investment bank or inter-dealer broker\nJob Band & Level\nProfessional / 4\n$60,000-$65,000\n#LI-Hybrid\nNot The Perfect Fit?\nConcerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
