This role requires deep conceptual thinking, strategic rigor, and the ability to translate identity into full ecosystems. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is split between hands-on project execution (70%) working closely with our Design Lead on day-to-day brand and marketing deliverables and guidelines (30%) shaping and evolving visual identity and governance for our premium consumer product lines.\n Key Responsibilities:\nDaily Execution (70%)\nTake ownership of assigned design projects from brief to final delivery. \nWork closely with the Design Lead daily, aligning on direction, feedback, and best practices for asset creation. \nDesign high-fidelity launch collateral using precise grid structures and typography. \nTranslate complex technology into clean, minimalist visual narratives that adhere to established design principles. \nExecute US marketing touchpoints with consistent visual integrity. \nBrand Guidelines (30%)\nLead conceptual development of holistic brand systems (packaging, web, digital, retail) alongside our Design Lead. \nEstablish global brand guidelines and governance systems. \nRequirements\n Qualifications:\n7+ years of professional experience in brand identity, ideally within consumer tech. \nExpert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. \nStrong typographic discipline and experience working within grid-based systems. \nComfortable balancing independent ownership with close, collaborative partnership with a design lead. \nKeen eye for photography and art direction. \nPortfolio\nPlease apply with a working portfolio link.
