At TP-Link Systems Inc, we are committed to crafting dependable, high-performance products to connect users worldwide with the wonders of technology.\nEmbracing professionalism, innovation, excellence, and simplicity, we aim to assist our clients in achieving remarkable global performance and enable consumers to enjoy a seamless, effortless lifestyle.\nWe are seeking 2-3 Designers at this time.\nResponsibilities\nUser Research & Insights:\nConduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations \nAnalyze user feedback and research findings to inform design decisions \nCreate personas, user journeys, and scenarios to guide the design process \nTranslate user insights into actionable design requirements \nDesign & Prototyping:\nCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products \nDevelop intuitive navigation systems and information architecture \nDesign responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications \nMaintain consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints \nUsability Testing & Validation:\nParticipate in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to validate design solutions \nAnalyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedback \nPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders \nEnsure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices \nCollaboration & Documentation:\nWork closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders \nCommunicate design decisions and rationale effectively \nHelp maintain design documentation, style guides, and pattern libraries \nContribute to TP-Link's design system and component library \nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n1-3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design \nStrong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities \nExperience conducting user research and usability testing \nStrong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design leadership, and problem-solving abilities (include a viewable link with access instructions in your application) \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing for networking products, consumer electronics and smart home ecosystems \nKnowledge of design systems and component-based design \nUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) \nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript \nExperience with animation and interaction design \nBenefits\nSalary Range: $105K - $115K\nBenefits\nFree snacks and drinks\nFully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents) \nContributions to 401k funds\nBi-annual reviews, and annual pay increases\nHealth and wellness benefits, including free gym membership\nQuarterly team-building events\nAt TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals who are passionate about their work.
