Insights and Performance Improvement.\n\nInterpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams.\n\nSupport campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.\n\nActively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives.\n\nStakeholder Engagement.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.\n\nEffectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.\n\nCollaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals.\nRequired Skills\nTechnical Skills\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).\nFamiliarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).\n\nMinimum Skills\nAnalytical and Technical Expertise\nExceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to
