supports business growth and customer success.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nStrategic Leadership & Business Partnership\nRepresent IT on the Dublin Leadership Team, helping shape strategic decisions and regional technology initiatives.\nOwn the regional IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring investments deliver measurable ROI, operational efficiencies, and commercial value.\nBuild strong relationships with clients, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and senior stakeholders, positioning IT as a trusted business partner.\nSupport client retention, business growth, and new business opportunities through exceptional technology delivery.\nService Delivery Excellence\nTake ownership of IT service delivery across both Dublin sites, ensuring SLA and OLA targets are consistently achieved.\nProduce and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing clear reporting on service performance, infrastructure health, risks, and improvement initiatives.\nLead governance around change management, security, GDPR compliance, and business continuity planning.\nChair or contribute to Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for high-risk technical changes.\nLeadership & People Management\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 Desktop Support Engineers.\nDrive performance management, coaching, succession planning, and professional development.\nAct as the senior escalation point for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.\nLead technical response during critical incidents while providing clear communication to executive stakeholders.\nManage and continuously improve a 24/7 on-call support model.\nInfrastructure & Innovation\nEnsure maximum availability and performance across:\nEnterprise networking (Fortinet & Juniper)\nLocal infrastructure and data centres\nEnd-user computing\nAudio Visual technologies\nEnterprise client applications\nCollaboration platforms\nIdentify opportunities to modernise infrastructure and introduce innovative technologies.\nDrive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives that improve user experience while reducing operational costs.\nEssential Experience\n8+ years’ experience within enterprise IT environments.\nMinimum 5 years leading IT teams within a BPO, Managed Services, or large enterprise environment.\nPrevious people management experience, leading and developing technical teams.\nStrong commercial awareness with experience managing operational budgets.\nProven experience managing enterprise service delivery and stakeholder relationships.\nTechnical Expertise\nYou’ll have strong experience across several of the following:\nITIL v4 Foundation (Managing Professional desirable)\nFortinet and Juniper networking\nMicrosoft Azure and/or AWS\nActive Directory & Okta\nServiceNow and/or Jira Service
