immediately\n\nAble to commit to a full 6-month internship\n\nResponsibilities\nReview resumes and support shortlisting of suitable candidates\nCoordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers\n\nSit in on interviews and assist with candidate evaluations under guidance\n\nSupport sourcing efforts through job portals, databases, and social platforms\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system\n\nAssist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination\n\nPrepare recruitment trackers and basic reports to monitor progress\n\nEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience through timely follow-ups\n\nSupport employer branding and campus/recruitment
