Experience Required:\nMatric (Essential); a tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (Preferred) \nMinimum 3 years' recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring (Essential) \nAt least 1 year experience in a supervisory, senior recruiter, or team lead role (Essential) \nKnowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques across multiple platforms \nFamiliarity with recruitment systems, applicant tracking tools, and data reporting (e.g., Excel, dashboards) \nExcellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills \nStrong organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive, hands-on approach \nExposure to the BPO or high-volume services industry (Preferred) \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment \nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise and support Recruitment Specialists in delivering on volume and specialist hiring needs. \nOversee daily recruitment operations, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and hiring targets are achieved. \nAssist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline. \nConduct performance coaching, quality checks, and training interventions for Recruiters to improve individual and team capability. \nWork closely with the Recruitment Manager and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs and upcoming demand. \nManage recruitment data and dashboards, analyzing key metrics to inform decision-making and report on progress. \nSupport the implementation of process improvements, technology adoption, and recruitment best practices. \nAct as a point of escalation for recruiter or candidate issues, resolving concerns promptly and professionally. \nCollaborate with HR, L&D, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with talent strategies. \nSupport employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience. \nAssist with managing external vendors or sourcing partners as needed. \nRepresent the recruitment function in stakeholder meetings or project workstreams when required. \nSkills & Competencies
