Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and sense of organization in kitchen and dumpster areas.QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent education\nRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES\nMaintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee changing room/restrooms, and back-of-the-house employee areas, as well as the elevator, dumpster and receiving area\nEmpty trash cans from dish room, kitchen and storeroom into appropriate refuge receptacles on a regular basis, ensuring correct supervision for recyclable items\nRemove empty boxes from kitchen and storage areas on a regular basis to dumpster area\nKeep equipment, floor, and work areas clean, free of slip, trip and fall hazards and in good working order at all times \nClean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and utensils in accordance to local guidelines, to ensure proper supply levels to operate Food & Beverage Department efficiently\nAssist in the storing of grocery and supply items\nAssume responsibility for proper set up and operation of the dish machine, three compartment sink, garbage disposer and chemical dispensing systems.
