As we continue expanding our Product & Engineering organization in Warsaw, we are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of travel technology. \nRole Location Warsaw, Poland \nSummary \nWe are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our OOSD Product Team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will act as the bridge between product, architecture, engineering, and external partners, ensuring successful delivery of complex Order Management and Offer & Order capabilities. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), enterprise platforms, integrations, and API-driven products, whether in the travel industry or other sectors.Zakres obowiązków\nSupport Product Managers in defining and refining product requirements for Order Management, Offer & Order, and distribution solutions.\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nCollaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to assess feasibility and define implementation approaches.\nManage and maintain delivery-ready backlog items in partnership with Product Managers.\nDrive requirements refinement and support Agile ceremonies.\nWork with external partners and internal stakeholders on API, integration, and workflow requirements.\nEnsure product features meet functional and technical acceptance criteria.\nSupport testing, validation, and rollout of new capabilities.\nIdentify technical dependencies, risks, integration challenges, and process optimization opportunities.\nContribute to the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives focused on order lifecycle management, servicing, and fulfillment capabilities.\nWymagania\nSkills & Qualifications3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), transaction processing platforms, fulfillment systems, e-commerce platforms, or other complex workflow-driven products.\nStrong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data exchange technologies (REST, JSON/XML).\nAbility to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.\nExperience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development environments.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience with JIRA and Confluence.\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience managing complex business processes involving orders, fulfillment, servicing, workflow orchestration, or transaction lifecycle management.\nTravel, airline, or distribution industry experience is beneficial but not required.\nNice to HaveExperience with IATA standards (NDC, One Order, ARM) or similar industry-specific integration standards.\nExperience with airline, travel, transportation, retail, e-commerce, logistics, or other industries that rely on complex order lifecycle management.\nFamiliarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-based architectures.\nExperience working in SaaS product organizations.\nKnowledge of offer management, order orchestration, fulfillment, servicing, or transaction lifecycle processes.\nTech stack\nSystem
