In this role, you will bridge strategic business objectives with technical execution, converting complex business requirements into robust architectural designs across cloud, application, data, and security domains.\nYou will act as the principal architectural authority on key projects, collaborating closely with security architects, product managers, software engineers, and business leaders. The ideal candidate pairs deep technical breadth across modern technology stacks with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nYou'll make impact by:\nArchitect end-to-end security solutions aligned with enterprise architecture guardrails, business goals, and security policies.\nProduce comprehensive architectural artifacts, including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), component diagrams, integration specifications, and data flow models.\nEvaluate technology options, lead Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs), and perform trade-off analyses (buy vs. build, performance vs. cost).\nConduct design and architecture reviews to ensure build implementation aligns with approved architectural standards.\nIdentify technical risks and dependencies early, formulating effective mitigation and refactoring strategies to resolve architectural debt.\nTranslate complex business requirements into clear technical strategies and actionable architectural roadmaps.\nPresent architectural concepts and proposals to business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and architecture review boards.\nParticipate in Architecture Review Boards (ARB) to evaluate project proposals and technology vendor solutions.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of organizational architecture patterns, best practices, and reference blueprints.\nEvaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML security, quantum-safe cryptography, mesh architectures) and run architecture proof-of-concepts.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nExperience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or IT infrastructure, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated Solution Architect role.\n Technical Breadth: Deep understanding of enterprise application design, REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and relational/NoSQL databases.\n Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n Integration Patterns: Strong knowledge of integration patterns (event-driven architecture, message queues, ESB, enterprise integration patterns).\nCommunication & Leadership: Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Certifications:\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate / Professional\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert\nGoogle Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect\nTOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Certification\nWhat's in it for you?\nFlexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)\n‘Stay Connected Mobile’ - Access to a free mobile plan\n‘Stay Connected NBN’ - Access to a free, high-speed NBN plan (up to 500 Mbps)\n‘Your Leave’ - additional leave to be used whenever you like - every year\nAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities\nAccess to Corporate Partner Discounts\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
