You will work collaboratively to manage commercial engagements, and drive value for the TPG Telecom Technology teams.\nThe role is an integral part of the procurement team and will partner closely with the Technology teams to establish and maintain commercial relationships with vendors.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the portfolio of IT categories and vendor and their engagement across the IT Technology organisation working closely with the relevant business owners to deliver optimal value to TPG. \nIdentify and manage cost optimisation opportunities without compromising business objectives or quality or service/scope.\nLead commercial negotiations with vendors to ensure optimum outcomes whilst ensuring that our dealings with vendors meet the highest professional and ethical standards.\nManage and lead RFx processes.\nUnderstand and develop category strategies that will support the delivery of the TPG business strategies. \nOwnership of a portfolio of vendors ensuring contracts are in place and managed.\nComplete regular reviews of supplier arrangements to ensure the fulfilment of all contractual obligations, the delivery of business value and the resolution of any disputes or non-compliance.\nProvide commercial advice in relation to managing the lifecycle of vendors and their contractual agreements.\nResponsibility for maintaining a consolidated vendor base, leveraging scale and value and managing non-performing or redundant vendors.\nReview and approval of requirements and requisitions across your vendor base to ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements.\nSupport initiatives related to procurement transformation processes and systems improvement.\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nCommercial Degree qualified or equivalent desirable. \nDemonstrated ability to engage and work with key business stakeholders.\nExperience negotiating and managing complex supplier contracts.\nExperience managing and leading RFx processes.\nFull understanding of the vendor lifecycle with strong knowledge of partnering arrangements.\nExposure and/or experience within a purchasing/procurement environment with a sound understanding of procurement policies and procedures.\nSolutions focussed with strong commercial acumen/analytical skills.\nExperience delivering savings and cost avoidance activities through negotiation and scope discussion.\nWhat's in it for you?\nFlexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)\n‘Stay Connected Mobile’ - Access to a free mobile plan\n‘Stay Connected NBN’ - Access to a free, high-speed NBN plan (up to 500 Mbps)\n‘Your Leave’ - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year\nAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities\nAccess to Corporate Partner Discounts\nCome join us and build a better future.
