Logistics Operations Administrator (12-month FTC)

Your opportunity:

Responsible for delivering key administrative tasks, regular reporting and analysis to support key Logistics functions, initiatives and day to day operations. Management of all incoming email correspondence and cases from Sales channels, resolving or escalating issues in a timely manner and within agreed SLAs.

Working with our 3rd Party Logistics and transport providers to resolve product servicing and returns related queries and issues. Identifying operational and process improvements.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract for maternity leave cover.

You'll make impact by:

• Management of the Logistics team outlook inbox and Salesforce cases
• Respond to emails, track the status of all queries and ensure each query and escalation is actioned and resolved.
• Deliver daily reporting along with analysis as required
• Order Management
• Administrative support of the “lost in transit” and “damaged in transit” claims process
• Manage Returns Portal, related escalations and operational tasks
• Support inbound freight tracking capabilities
• Support coordination regular stock recalls from channels and manage returns into the warehouses
• OBSE stock management
• Product Servicing operations, inventory management and related investigations
• Proactively recommend opportunities for improvement to drive down the Logistics escalations and queries being received
• Regular communication with and management of the 3PL partners and manufacturers to optimise operations
• Management of device unlocking functionality
• Investigation and resolution of stock in transit issues
• SKU management
• General logistics operations administration
• Adhere to TPG Telecom policies and procedures as introduced and varied from time to time
• Other administrative tasks to support the Logistics function as required
