The Senior Solutions Architect - AI will design IT solutions that leverage AI in an efficient, cost-effective, secure and ethical manner. The role will ensure all AI solutions align with organisational objectives, regulatory compliance, target architecture, and security standards.\nThe Senior Solutions Architect - AI will:\nWork as part of the architecture community and align with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, design the solutions, obtain the required approvals, and assist the delivery teams in successful initiative completion.\nDevelop solutions that leverage the appropriate form of AI, e.g., Agentic AI, to deliver business value across domains including Network & Operations, Customer Service, Cyber Security, and more. \nEmbed AI security design patterns, threat modelling, and responsible AI practices into solutions to strengthen cyber defence at scale. \nOptimise the AI solutions for cost effectiveness and minimal operations overhead.\nYou'll make impact by:\nContribute to the design and implementation of solutions within projects, ensuring alignment with TPG’s architecture principles and technology roadmap.\nLeverage AI development frameworks and hyper scaler platforms such as AWS to deliver cloud-native AI architectures, applying best practices for secure, scalable, and cost-efficient deployment.\nEnsure seamless and secure integration of AI capabilities into enterprise systems using modern cloud services, patterns, and automation.\nConduct solution assessments through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) to maintain compliance with technology standards and policies.\nPartner with Business Units to create solution roadmaps that deliver enterprise value and customer outcomes.\nEnsure AI solutions adhere to TPG's security and privacy policies, regulatory frameworks, and ethical AI guidelines.\nIncorporate AI-specific security controls and mitigate emerging cyber threats.\nWhat you’ll bring:\n5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least one year specialising in AI solution design within large-scale enterprise or telecommunications environments.\nFamiliarity with common AI architectures including advanced RAG and Agentic AI.\nAI Agent development frameworks e.g., LangChain and LangGraph, common vector and graph databases, common AI protocols e.g., MCP and A2A, and AI observability.\nIn-depth understanding of common AI Security Controls including OWASP TOP 10 for LLMs.\nHands-on experience in AI observability, including monitoring model performance, drift detection, fairness metrics, and explainability in production environments.\nStrong technical background in integrating AI and machine learning solutions on hyper scaler platforms, e.g., AWS, leveraging cloud-native services and distributed architectures.\nExperience embedding AI components into enterprise platforms through APIs, event-driven patterns, and microservices.\nIdeally, you will also have:\nAI Security frameworks such as MITRE ATLAS or NIST RISK Mitigation Framework is highly regarded.\nWhat's in it for you?\nFlexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)\n‘Stay Connected Mobile’ - Access to a free mobile plan\n‘Stay Connected NBN’ - Access to a free, high-speed NBN plan (up to 500 Mbps)\n‘Your Leave’ - additional leave to be used whenever you like - every year\nAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities\nAccess to Corporate Partner Discounts\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
