The Ticketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless ticketing experience from event setup through post-event reconciliation.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\nTicketing Operations & Coordination\nCoordinate ticket sales activities and support customers with purchases, seating options, pricing, availability, and event details.\n\nAssist with event builds, ticket inventory updates, pricing changes, and promotions within the ticketing system.\n\nMonitor ticket sales and inventory to identify and escalate issues or discrepancies.\n\nTicketing System Management\nMaintain accurate ticketing data by processing transactions, updating customer records, and auditing inventory in ticketing platforms.\n\nGenerate and review basic ticketing reports to support internal tracking and event performance.\n\nEvent & Box Office Support\nCoordinate with box office staff, venue teams, and event organizers to ensure ticketing readiness before and during events.\n\nSupport event-day ticketing operations, including troubleshooting system or access issues as needed.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with the Ticketing Manager and internal departments to improve ticketing processes and customer experience.\n\nProvide feedback and insights on ticketing trends, recurring issues, and operational improvements.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field\nExperience: Prior experience in customer service or ticketing operations is preferred.\nSkills:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency in ticketing systems or customer management software.\n\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\n\nBasic math skills for payment processing.\n\nReport to: Ticketing Manager\nClassification: Full-time, Exempt, Hybrid (In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)\nSalary range: $50,000 -
